The second edition of our "Honey of a Cookbook" is in full production, and is expected in the spring of 2015. Building on the success of our first 172 page cookbook, we are adding some new extras! Firstly the cookbook will be updated and augmented with many more recipes, but also local bakers and restauranteurs are being invited to contribute some of their favourite honey recipes. There will also be tid-bits of interesting bee and honey facts distributed throughout the cookbook.
